Hey, are you a student who wants to learn as much as possible about the various facets of AI and prompt engineering during your cooperative internship? Then you’ll end up on the right team at Collow! With expertise in AI/ML, prompt engineering, data management and product development, we have all the disciplines to help you develop in what you happy about.

Your work

What you will do cannot be summed up in 1 sentence. You will contribute significantly in countless ways:

  • Becoming a Prompt Wizard: Design, test and refine prompt strategies to unlock the full potential of AI models (such as LLMs) and workflows.
  • Building our “AI Brain. Contribute to collecting and structuring crucial data (including techniques such as web scraping) to create powerful AI learning tools and knowledge bases.
  • Shaping User Experience: Actively test new AI features, provide critical feedback and see how your insights impact the evolution of our product.
  • Explore & Experiment: Researching and experimenting with how AI can be integrated to improve our solutions and internal processes.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Clearly document your findings and collaborate seamlessly with our cross-functional AI and product teams.
  • And much more!

So plenty to learn and discover! With a combination of tasks that make you happy and skills that come in handy, together we can put together a great internship. And not unimportantly: you think along creatively and contribute ideas.

We ask this

Of course, it is not necessary to have already mastered everything. We are happy to help you get started and can teach you a lot. It is all about your development! However, we would like to see the following in your profile:

✅ Thorough familiarity with Python and a genuine fascination with AI/ML concepts.

✅ Curiosity, ability to adapt quickly and accept challenges.

✅ Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

✅ A critical but constructive look at AI applications and outcomes.

✅ Experience with specific AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, LLM APIs) is a plus.

✅ Familiarity with data processing or web scraping techniques is a plus.

Furthermore, you are:

  • A college/university student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Science, or a related technical field.
  • Full-time available (approximately 4-5 days per week) from September 2025.
  • Someone who gives his reasoned opinion and asks thoughtful questions.
  • An initiator who is strong-minded, proactive and loves problem solving.

Who is Collow?
