Are you a Learning & Development Manager and curious about how AI will enrich our field and the tooling we use? Collow.ai has been pioneering this topic since 2021. We cordially invite you to share knowledge in this master class!

In this interactive master class with up to 10 peers, you will discover what role technology plays in the future of learning and development. Some of the themes that will be covered are:

  • Innovations in learning assessments and practicality
  • The uses and benefits of using avatars

To experience the power of AI, we’ll work with the group to develop a full-fledged customized training course for L&D managers in no time that you can then go through on your own.

Program

9:00 – Walk-in & introduction.
Reception with coffee, introduction to participants.

9:30 – Live: generating a training with AI
Together we choose a topic, target audience and type of training. Then we put Collow.ai’s course generator to work to generate a customized e-learning.

9:45 – Deep dive: Innovation and AI in the learn-tech ecosystem
What AI tools are out there in the L&D landscape? We unravel the key areas and show concrete applications.

10:30 -Learning assessments for customized curriculum.
The alignment between learning needs and curriculum can be increasingly aligned. But what learning assessments are out there? And when do you use which ones?

11:15 – Group discussion: technology in your organization
How do participants view the deployment of AI and learning assessments in their own learning environments? What are the experiences, opportunities and barriers?

11:45 – Outcome: presentation of the generated training.
Together we review the output of Collow.ai and discuss the possibilities and applications.

12:30 – Joint lunch & networking.
