Step 1: Discovery
In a discovery process, we frame together how AI can make a positive impact on your organization. Together we sketch a picture of the future, based on what is possible now and in the future.
To do this, we use a Design Thinking workshop. We work with realistic boundary conditions regarding people, budgets, resources and hours. The end result of the discovery phase is a concrete solution that fits within the set scope.
Step 2. Business case
As a basis, we work out a business case for the solution from step 1. Together we define an ambitious but realistic goal, so that it is clear to everyone what the ambition is and what the project will deliver.
The business case elaborates the desired design of the required tooling. And we address the required resources, both internal and external. The implementation plan makes it clear to everyone what needs to happen when. In addition, we pay attention to the various stakeholders and make a schedule with deliverables.
